Shipping Policy

PUREROLL currently ships to addresses within Australia.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the products in your order:

Orders containing only 750mL or 1L products: $9.90 flat-rate shipping
Orders containing any 5L, 15L or bulk-pack product: $19.90 flat-rate shipping

Where an order contains both smaller and larger products, shipping will be capped at $19.90.

Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Standard delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, public holidays and peak periods. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before submitting your order. PUREROLL is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Authority to Leave

Depending on the carrier and delivery address, your order may be left in a safe location. Any delivery instructions entered at checkout are provided to the carrier but cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product or appears to be missing an item, contact us as soon as possible at sales@evolutionorganics.com.au and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label where applicable

Please retain all packaging until your enquiry has been resolved.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been collected by the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our direct control. We will assist with tracking enquiries where possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
